Catching Up after 2 months!

Here is a breakdown summary....

Hello Readers,

The last that I wrote was 2 months ago. Here is a summary of the previous 6 weeks.

  1. I traveled to Agra to experience the Mughal history, for a day with my friend.

  2. I have acquired the skill to solve the Rubik’s Cube in just under five minutes.

  3. Read almost 100+ pages ( I know it’s less, any progess is celebrated)

  4. I have begun to notice and feel the importance of having processes & systems setup in life. Just like running an organization, where for every situation you have procedures ready guiding you step by step process on what to do. For example when the client system crashes, firstly raise a ticket followed by collecting the evidence and puting it in a file and attaching it to the ticket etc. Likewise the concept of habits and routine falls under the same idea.

  5. I have successfully cut down my social media consumption by just under fifty percent.

  6. I also noticed that extended period of stay at home contribute to an increase in your comfort zone leading to a drop in your ability to take more risk.

  7. The activities that I performed with regularity produced better results both quantitatively and qualitatively, while those that I did with great motivation and spark but lacked consistency led to inferior results or no results. For example, I started to read one page early morning after my daily morning routine. This habit led to reading few minutes reading every day same book which helped me cover 100+ pages in the last 6 weeks. ( The book is nonfiction more like a college book)

A Quote that’s stuck with me!

View your college degrees as receipts for the investment in your education. The true measure of knowledge lies in your character.
